Quality Objectives & Policy

In accordance with the JEVI Group’s strategy, we will develop, produce and market electrical class heating solutions in World Class Quality, which comply with customer requirements, applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

That is why our quality system is being expanded with QM* tools such as APQP4Wind and PPAP, ensuring us a continuous development of our quality level.

Our employees are trained and trained on an ongoing basis to help improve our processes and develop, thus creating an environment for winning mentality where we “play each other well”.

We measure customer satisfaction at regular intervals, as the JEVI group’s service and goods must be of such a high quality that the customer perceives it as a significant asset when shopping at the JEVI group.

Environmental Objective & Policy

The JEVI Group wants to offer our customers environmentally friendly products and solutions, and therefore have stipulated demands for our business partners and ourselves.

Our work environment is safe for our employees, just as our surroundings can be safe with us. The JEVI Group takes responsibility for the environment, both the immediate and the planet’s natural resources, and will at least comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
